Per Newsday: Sam Zell, currently $12.8 billion in debt with the Tribune Co., is reportedly structuring a possible sale of Newsday in a way that could save him hundreds of millions of dollars in capital gains taxes. Here's some long-awaited good news about Tejano superstar Emilio Navaira who suffered massive brain injuries due to a bus accident that occurred outside Houston Easter weekend. The Houston Chronicle reports that his condition has been upgraded to fair after having been in critical condition since March 23rd. Memorial Hermann, Navaira's hospital in Houston, still lists the singer's condition as critical as of a Monday posting, but the Chronicle reports a press conference is scheduled for Friday

Tricia Walsh-Smith tells millions on Youtube her divorce grievances. She makes allegations that are nasty against her husband. She pulls out her wedding album, calls her husband's work and talks to the secretary and many more nasty things. So sad that things so easily progress to this type of nastiness in divorces. If you ask me she sounds like a bitter and vindictive wife. Information from local news channel 6 on this divorce - they call it a "scary new step" in divorces.
